1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Intero website (www.interointeriors.com) or engaging our interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

Intero reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

Intero provides professional interior design and related services including, but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial interior design
• Modular kitchen design and installation
• Office and retail space design
• 3D visualisation and design presentations
• Turnkey project execution and management
• Furniture and décor selection and procurement

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a written agreement or quotation provided before work commences.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your space, requirements, and budget.
• Grant necessary access to the property for site visits, measurements, and installation.
• Review and approve design presentations in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or concerns during the project.

4. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

4.1 Fees

Design fees, project costs, and payment schedules are outlined in the individual proposal or agreement provided to each client. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Schedule

A deposit as specified in the project agreement is required to commence work. Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones as agreed. Final payment is due upon project completion and handover.

4.3 Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

• Before design work begins: Full deposit refund (minus a 10% administration fee).
• After design presentation: 50% of design fee is non-refundable.
• After procurement or execution begins: No refund on materials, procurement costs, or labour already incurred.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, 3D visualisations, mood boards, and other creative work produced by Intero remain the intellectual property of Intero until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, the design materials created specifically for your project are transferred to you for personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Intero's design work for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Intero warrants that all services will be performed with professional care and skill. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes in terms of property value enhancement or personal satisfaction beyond the agreed design brief.
• Third-party manufacturer warranties apply to furniture, fittings, and materials purchased through us.
• Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute.

Intero is not liable for delays caused by client decisions, third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If a dispute arises, please contact us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration under applicable Indian law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

8. Website Use

You may use the Intero website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers.
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
