License Agreement

1. Definitions

In this License Agreement:

• "Intero" refers to Intero Interior Design, owned and operated by Ashish, Interior Designer, based at Plot No. 2, Sec-87, Greater Faridabad – 121014.
• "Licensed Materials" means all design drawings, 3D visualisations, mood boards, concept presentations, images, floor plans, and other creative materials produced by Intero.
• "Client" means any individual or organisation that has entered into a service agreement with Intero.
• "Project" refers to the specific interior design engagement agreed between Intero and the Client.

2. Ownership of Design Materials

All Licensed Materials created by Intero — including but not limited to design concepts, floor plans, 3D renders, mood boards, and project documentation — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Intero until full payment has been received by the Client.

Upon receipt of all outstanding payments, Intero grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Licensed Materials solely for the purpose of the agreed Project at the specific property address stated in the service agreement.

3. Permitted Uses

The Client is permitted to:

• Use the Licensed Materials for personal reference and implementation of the agreed design project.
• Share the materials with contractors, vendors, or consultants directly involved in executing the project.
• Display photographs of the completed project on personal or business social media accounts, with credit to Intero where possible.

4. Prohibited Uses

The Client may NOT:

• Use, reproduce, or distribute the Licensed Materials for any project other than the specific agreed Project.
• Sell, license, or otherwise transfer the design materials to third parties.
• Use Intero's designs to replicate the project at a different property without a separate agreement.
• Remove or alter any Intero branding, credits, or watermarks from design documents.
• Use any portion of the design materials for commercial purposes (e.g., publishing, advertising, selling) without written consent from Intero.

5. Intero's Portfolio Rights

Intero retains the right to:

• Photograph completed projects for inclusion in its professional portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
• Share images and descriptions of completed projects on social media, with discretion regarding client identity unless the Client provides written consent for attribution.
• Use before-and-after documentation for promotional and educational purposes.

If you prefer your project not to be featured in Intero's portfolio, please notify us in writing before project completion.

6. Website Content License

All content on the Intero website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is protected by copyright and owned by Intero. Visitors to the website are granted a limited, revocable licence to view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content is strictly prohibited.

7. Software & Tools

Any proprietary software, tools, templates, or processes used by Intero to deliver design services remain the exclusive property of Intero and are not licensed or transferred to the Client as part of the service agreement.

8. Term and Termination

This licence is effective from the date of final payment and continues indefinitely for the permitted uses described herein. Intero may terminate this licence immediately if the Client breaches any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the Client must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy all copies in their possession.

9. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
